I have it on good authority that the woman in number 167 is having a torrid affair with the milkman.

And when I say 'good authority' I mean I overheard a woman in the pub say that she'd heard it from her friend's friend's aunt.

So it must be true.

Well I heard, on this very site, that there's a new Holistic shop opened in North street Swords (opposite the court house). They sell bottles of Angels or something at great prices.

And they probably know what a tracker mortgage is.
