Totally agree with Momoto. For the record, we are in a 5 bed semi-d in the new phase and are not complaining. Stuff has to be done in any new house, that's called a snag list. Falling out with the builders is not the answer. I equally can't understand why someone would want the world to know and indeed why negative comments by current occupants are on here ...

I agree with scrumhalf, yes there was some inital issues which have been sorted out in the main. If you are Confrontational with the builder from the off you wont get very far (builders being builders) but if you are friendly and reasonable with them they will sort out your issues.
There is a lot of anger in general about the drop in property prices and negative equity

There seems to always be some talk about these houses.

I think they look well and people would like to get their toe in but the banks won't give out money these days.

Carrs Mills Property Prices
For record - I purchased a property in Carrs Mill some years ago. I found the build quality to be pretty poor in a number of areas..not least sound proofing. I would not buy another house if I knew this builder was involved.
