Rumour is its going to be a police station with an inhouse bakery and betting facilities.

It's one of those things you couldn't make up....apparently under EU law it is not permitted to sell children's party novelties in the same room as audio visual products of any description particularly films unsuitable for 12s and under. Hence the new wall.
