Donabate Portrane Community & Lesiure Centre Ltd.

I was a little surprised to learn the the DPC&LC is a registered limited company. Does anyone know when this was set up as I was always under the impression the centre was in the ownership and under the management of Fingal CoCo. I remember contributing a few hundred quid some years ago when some locals were trying to get the project off the ground and was disappointed when the centre ran into financial difficulty before ,as I was led to believe, being rescued by Fingal CoCo. Any info welcome.

Yes you are right Lambay, it was set up by locals but The council took it over.
