CCTV

A while ago, I seem to remember that cost analyis for CCTV was being carried out for the village.

One or two cameras on the main street on a simple recording device would capture 90% of the hoodlums, and escaping thieves I reckon.

Does the SuperValu or any of the other stores have streetside cameras that may have captured number plates of the cemetery thieves for example?

CCTV
Yes, some of the shops do have CCTV pointing towards the road. However, the images may not be detailed enough to make out a car reg or the faces of trouble-makers clearly enough to identify them.
