It will be interesting to see if this has an impact on any new LAP for Donabate Portrane, also interesting to see Labour are opposed to it.

Fingal won't dezone. The public are apathetic about the development plan. The politicians are too chicken. Even Clare "I hate all develoeprs, builders, capitalists" Daly. I spoke to her about it and she hinted that there was a fear that there would be long protracted court cases if it was done.
