Tues Night Last
Approx 9pm had a lovely scene of one of the Middle eastern youths who come up on the forum shouting obscenities at a girl in the Links. In tow he had another individual who looked the worse for wear.
Great for the kids to see this. Any of the PC crowd got suggestions how to deal with this?

He should not need to be told in any language that his behaviour is unacceptable. He should have the decency to respect those in whose community he lives. The fact that he is a non-national is irrelevent.
