Verbal warning given to chief engineer, written warning if more than 100 people had died.

Mother Nature was given a severe talking to and was warned to get her act together and stop all of these year-round torrential downpours that led to the erosion of the viaduct's foundations.

Trevor the Flute tried to blame global warming for all of the rain, but he was told to go and stand in the silly corner so he flounced off in a huff.

They keep referring to potential loss of life of 50 people on train from Balbriggan to Pearse. There is no mention of the northbound train which I was on which dipped to one side on the bridge a few mins before it gave way totally. it was the 18.03 from Connolly. some in depth report! but at least no one lost their...job in IR, thats the important thing. comical.
