If once you have appealed forget it( and lets face it we all have the bog=off letter, you can get a second appeal going to an "Independant Appeal Office " and it aint gonna make no difference.It costs another 20 euro so why should you pay?
I think that what hurt the most was the fact that they had NOT ACTUALLY read my appeal. I had attached 2 photos and they gave no reference to them. Your man who attached the clamp HAD TO HAVE SEEN the ticket! Even your man at the railtway station ticket office agreed and also the man who unclamped me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
